Natural Remedies for Annoying, Burning Rash from Contact Dermatitis?

Posted By Suzie90g (Co Antrim, N Ireland ) on 11/12/2018

Hi, I'm not sure what my problem is called but I am 53 years old and have still been having regular monthly periods. My last one lasted over 3 weeks. Over the past couple of years, I have randomly come out in huge itchy blotches which can appear anywhere on my body (particularly where my clothes rub, the line of my underwear, my shoulder after carrying a bag, etc).

The Dr prescribed antihistamines and suggested I was allergic to something. I stopped taking them as they made me sleepy and did little for the burning and itching in my skin. The problem has recently become so bad I am unable to sleep when I itch and burn all nIght. If I am patient though each flare up gradually fades after a couple of days leaving no visible marks.

Is there something wrong with my blood or how can I prevent this happening. I started taking apple cider vinegar last week and it brought my long period to an end but it hasn't helped my rash yet. I hope someone out there can identify my problem and offer a natural remedy!

When your hormones are unbalanced, allergies will pop up. Magnets worked for me. I used two magnets, 10,000 gauss each, stacked, one on the front outside of the panties and the other next to my skin, with the North side facing the skin. You wear it round the clock, except when showering. Within a week I could consume coffee again and sleep without problems. The generic magnets, which I already had on hand from years ago (to use for headaches and didn't seem to work for that at the time), just look like coins. I've read that it works for 75% of people only, and some get headaches from it. Don't know if 20,000 gauss total is overkill, maybe just one at 10,000 would work too. You could just use medical tape and tape it to your skin.

Suzie, sounds like an allergic reaction, like hives or something. Keep an eye on what you ate/touched/breathed/smelled before an outbreak.

Hello Suzie, I have posted at length my success with improving menstrual cycles with the intake of daily organic plant and herb teas. Before I normalised my cycles however, I would nibble some shepherd's purse or eat tsp coconut oil, to stop the menses.

It is great that you've already seen help from the ACV, I would keep with it, it will take more time to assist in long established illnesses. You might look at the ACV and baking soda remedy, this gives more benefits than the ACV alone.

I also read that histamine is the body's warning sign of chronic dehydration, this one rang true because of posts I've read that stated when they drank more water the skin symptoms diminished. Increase your water and mineral intake. Stinging nettle is a natural antihistamine, available in gardens or you can buy capsules.

See watercure https://www.watercures.org/water-cure.html for fascinating info.

Best to you
