Eat foods that rebuilds your cartilage. Foods rich in amino acids build the cartilage. Wheat Grass Juice, Raw Milk, Raw Milk Kefir, Raw EGG
Remove the flouride toxin in your body by drinking Tamarind Juice once a week. Don't dump your body with fortified foods with calcium.
There is a herb named Muda Kaathan in Tamil (literally meaning Arthritis Curer) used in Siddha Medicine, exclusively for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The english name is Baloon vine, other languages Harivay Soppu in Kannada, buddakakara in Telegu.

Another big change was through my diet. My first big change was going raw for 3 months which may seem radical but my point is that diet is everything! Working to stay alkaline helps with body pain and also keeps illness away. Following that, I began to juice veggies every morning. That too, makes a very big difference.
If you have access to far infrared saunas, do take advantage of that as well! I do one at least once a week and have just invested in one for my home because I can feel such a difference after taking one. They do so many things I don't know where to begin! They detox heavy metals (which can be a source of much body pain) and anything else needed to detox, they bring down inflammation, help heal the organs, improve the circulation, strengthen the heart and lungs, burns 600 calories in 30 minutes to assist in weight loss (if that is necessary) and much more...
Taking baking soda in the morning helps me to feel better too. After I take that, I can feel my body become easier. And finally, I have found lypospheric vitamin c to be very effective for inflammation and also energy levels.
Hope this helps and that you find relief from someone's suggestions! Best to you, Lisa
