Am healthy carrier and need help w hep b

Hi everyone, I am a HepatitisB healthy carrier recently found. Please guide me on remedies which convert HbsAg positive to negative. It stopped me working abroad. I heard about Chanca piedra. Please help me. My viral load is 102571 iu/ml. and HbeAg negative. Big big thanks..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phyllanthus_niruri -- This is what everyone referring as Bhumyamalaki and in different name which will cure Hepatitis B.. I am not sure, try it.
