I do not want surgery, but it is slightly pressing against my right kidney, and dr has suggested a stent to remove excess urine.
Please suggest.

Hi Harsha,
is there a naturopathic doctor or practitioner or homeopath in your area you could visit?
Have you tried an estrogen detox? It may help reduce the size of the fibroid and definitely help your body get rid of the excess estrogen that may have accumulated over the years. I totally understand your fear of surgery.
While I have not tried serrapeptase, a specific enzyme that breaks down the excess fibrin the fibroids consist of, I have read of women who had success with it shrinking their fibroids. To start with, or if serrapeptase is not available, regular digestive enzymes (they usually come in capsules containing several types of enzymes) could be an alternative. They should be taken systemically to be effective, that is NOT with food. I sometimes take one capsule before going to bed so they can work breaking down toxins in the body over night. If it is a good strategy for the tumor, I don't know, although there are studies showing effectiveness of enzymes re tumors; it would be a good idea to discuss with an alternative health care provider who is knowledgeable about these strategies. You have to find what works for you; our bodies have their specific needs, and it is important that you listen to what YOUR body asks for and how it reacts to what you eat, drink, supplement.
Have you tried the apple cider vinegar people write about here on the board?
I took iodine, and it did NOT work. It is important to be careful with iodine as a wrong dosage can have negative side effects.
Hope that helps a little!
