(I will research more tomorrow) and I only found this:
Estrogen only hormone replacement therapy seems to lower breast cancer risk, while combination hormone replacement therapy increases risk according to long-term data from the Women’s health initiative. Google this Nancie: Breastcancer.org Read what they say, tap onto top of page to learn more. I will be back tomorrow, best of luck. Joe

There on that site you will find names of things that you may want to Google further and read up until you find what your searching for.
Although HRT is considered a safe & effective way to treat Perimenopause symptoms, it still carries certain Risks. Young lady, I will add this: Conventional/Traditional medicines (Drugs) always have dangerous side effects, they only treat your symptoms and never the cause of your problem(s). Death is a side effect, however once you try herbs, alternative medicines they have primarily no side effects plus they treat your root cause of problems. In my opinion I detest conventional drugs (I don’t refer to them as a medicine) . Please let me know if I was able to help you.
I had a good feeling about you once I read your post, hope I was able to help. Joseph.

I feel your worry as I was post menopause by 36..I did use herbs and essential oils for a few years which did assist, something changed and my brain and body went like a 75 yr old I was 40! I use Bio-Identical HR and have been for 17yrs with concern that I may be causing long term damage.
I have listened to a few forward thinking Drs who have given me relief that it's OK to use those types forever, not the synthetic prescribed ones tho.
I have also changed many dietary things and heavy metal detoxes and sauna regularly. I have tried to stop and in 4 weeks my skin looks like an elderly lady my brain does not function but apparently, the inside organs are also aging to that pace well... so I feel they will be life long as a supplement tho not medication for me.
The only thing now is they are quite expensive and I use them all Dhea, Biest, Progest and Testosterone... but for my health and sanity so be it.
Blessings on your hormone path it is like a rabbit hole.

What Your Doctor Will Not Tell you about menopause.
iI consulted a Medical ob-gyn doctor but becomes natural medicines. She was not government subsidized, so quite expensive.
She was amazed that I came to know these things and save money. Try it. You will be young again

Fenugreek, rosemary, fennel also primrose, Co Q10, Boron, folic acid, vitamin e, gelatin+ there is lots more. If you are low on estrogen your urine flow is very slow. Lots more you can take (foods) but I have autoimmune and have to be careful what I eat. From eating very healthy my brain fog is gone, IBS gone. Tried pellets but had heavy bleeding in my late 60s. Still studying what to take Ginseng, Maca not sure…
