Alternatives to Aspirin for Blood Thinning?

Posted By CucanaS (South Australia) on 07/03/2021

Hi, what is alternative to 100mg of aspirin for blood thinning after stroke?

I've heard so many things are. But is it possible to use one or two things to act as a 100mg aspirin. I hope you understand what I mean. Thank you very much for your replies.

CucanaS,

Fish Oil and Vitamin E are both blood thinners that should offer other health benefits with their regular use.

Chia seeds and grapefruit both thin the blood.

Nattokinase is an anti-coagulant and is well-known to have that effect. Curcumin (from Turmeric) also is an anti-coagulant.

DMSO thins blood. I healed my own Deep Vein Thrombosis in my leg by using it, both internally (1/8tsp 2x day), and topically. If has gone to a mainstream Dr, I probably would've been put on warfarin or something. Do some research for dosing for your own body, but I know how well it works.
