Need Alternative to Blackstrap Molasses for Ovarian Cysts

Hello.. I am a married woman of 30yrs old with no children from a small island in the indian ocean where there is a narrow range of goods. I have endometriosis since 10yrs.. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst.. I wanted to try Apple Cider Vinegar with blackstrap molase but blackstrap molase is not available here n importing it will b difficult... Is there any alternative I can use?

Check out iodoral. Dissolves all types of cysts.

Avi, someone just told me about plain ol' lemon juice being helpful. Can't hurt to try.
