This is something that noone has found a cure for yet. If it is cosmetically unappealing, I recommend you remove it (any practitioner should be able to do this very simple procedure). This has something to do with body's inability to properly metabolize fats, so it encapsulates it for some reason. Digestive enzymes won't help. Liver and gallbladder problems might be involved. How is your bilirubin? Is it properly removed via bile? Have you been told you have harmless Gilbert's syndrome?
