In India, most people still use their traditional system in medicine which is more than five thousand years old. I knew a western monk in India that had hepatitis many times, each time curing it with ingestion of banana skins. Of course, organic. She told me personally of her cures and looked healthy and strong.
Recently there was a post on EC by a very happy man who found that eating banana skin made him feel very well with very noticeable benefit. I then was reminded of the monk in India. I have had increasing warning signs from my liver even though being all my life on vegetarian habits and no addictions.
I have been taking blended banana skin with a touch of amla C for a few days now and the pains have not occurred again. Just at the beginning for a faint moment and that was all. I will continue for some time. I use just water and a banana skin with amla C to liquidise.
