Hi Chandu, I know my father was helped with major prostate issues from my acupuncturist. You might want to find a good Traditional Chinese medicine doctor. I am certain they can help you. They will most likely treat this with both acupuncture and herbs although herbs are so powerful, they may only use those.

I see you are in the U. K. Otherwise I'd say just call Dragon Herbs and they could diagnose over the phone and recommend the herbs to correct this. Here's the link if you want to perhaps try emailing them with your issues. http://www.dragonherbs.com/

Hope this info helps. Lisa

If you have had a "turp" (rebore).. it usually removes the muscle that stops the ejaculant passing back into the bladder. So ejaculation in the normal sense, might not be possible. However if the prostate is still there, and fluid comes out on arousal, their will most likely be sperm in this. The orgasm is still the same in feeling, but the main charge of sperm backfires into the bladder. So when the surgeon does the rebore, it can't be relied on as a method of contraception as with a vasectomy.. It all depends on how big the prostate is and how much tissue the surgeon has to remove, to make sure he gets all the cancer cells out. If the actual prostate has been removed, there are doctors that do sperm retrieval if you want a family. I hope this helps. So high arousal for a longer period means more semen in the pre fluid, with a higher liklehood of pregnacy occuring.
