My daughter will be 2 next week, just perfect for a virus to come right? Well the doc. Confirmed it was MCV. And I'm reading to try apple cider vinegar baths. On what dosage to put into her baths? More on advice on keeping from spreading will help. Any knowledge is appreciated.

Dear Mamastar,

I would try 1 cup of raw apple cider vinegar in a tub bath for 20 minutes each night. You could also mix up a spray bottle with 1/4 apple cider vinegar and 3/4 part water and spray it on another couple of times a day.

Some use bandages to keep it from spreading, but bandages often irritate skin, making that skin more likely to get infected. I would just make sure you have your child change clothes daily and wash sheets every other day.

A child's vitamin C supplement may also help to strengthen the immune system to fight the virus, or some elderberry syrup.
