For decades the usual response was something like "pumpkin seeds (partially due to the Zinc)", or "pygeum", or "saw palmetto berries", but in the past decade or so it's been recognized by many very progressive docs like Dr. Jon Wright etc. That it's really a natural compound called "beta sitosterol", present in fact in puny percentages in those very same berries. It's not cheap, relative to say a basic alphabet vitamin, but neither is it terribly expensive, because 1 capsule contains the amount found in 2 pounds of berries! There's huge amounts of info, research, and retailers on the net for this.
