You didn't give much detail, but, here are some possibilities. First, you exercising quite a bit and with a lot of exercise your muscles release lactic acid which can cause cramps, muscle soreness, etc... To alleviate symptoms I take 500mg of potassium and usually within 5-10 minutes the muscle spasms and cramping stop. Also, I don't know what you are taking and that would help. If you are simply sore from exertion take a 20-30 minute bath with ACV before bed. I put in 3-4 cups (sometimes more.) In the morning my muscles feel great if I have over-done it with a workout. Hope this Helps! AnitaReplied by Chris (San Pedro, Ca) on 05/31/2009

Hi Donna,
Have you and your husband tried putting a cup or two of epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) in a bathtub of very warm water and soaking for a while after all that hard work? Really makes you feel lots better after the bath. You might also start taking a magnesium supplment, since we are all supposedly deficient of magnesium these days.
