I'm 71 y.o. And over the last 2 years, I've had two sonograms showing that the numerous small to medium size testicular cysts I have are benign. M.D.s have not offered ways to decrease the number or size of these cysts or means of preventing them from becoming cancerous. Although they are benign, the cysts can be painful at times. Any suggestions about dealing with benign testicular cysts would be much appreciated.Replied by Jd (Martinsville, Indiana) on 06/01/2013

I am 52, just had a MASS they call it, non cancerus, sure is taking its time healing, also have a previous Verasel that may need removed.. Took aikido and jui-jitsu younger, had a few blows, guessI should've taken care of any swelling back then... Now I feel like hell, don't now if I trust my doc or not, the surgery is healing slowly, but I AM HAVING SOME PAIN, and have developed an infecton to boot.. Have you tried warm castor oil compress? Just pour a bit of the castor oil on a warm cloth and let it soak in, then apply to the cyst area or about 20 minutes. Do this once a day for 3-4 days. Repeat once a week for a few weeks until the cyst disappears.
