73 year old mother with itchy ears and anal itching.htm

Hello Everyone, I discovered this website last year and since then I am addicted to it.

My mom is 73 years old, and I am her care taker. She has a couple of health issues that her doctor could not find any treatment for any of it yet. She has canker sore and her anal is itching all the time. The doctor believes that her anal itching is because of her canker sore. I found Alum through this website and her canker sore is getting better, but she still has the problem with itching. There is also itching on outside of her ears. I would highly appreciate if you guys can help.

Sounds like your mother has too much acid in her system. She may need to change her pH. A lot of greens will alkaline and balance the system, sugars, meats, processed foods will produce more acid.

Perhaps your mother has candida or some other fungal infection. I agree with Lucy (from Santa Cruz) - go for a more alkaline diet, keep her well hydrated and definitely get rid of the sugar. In the meantime, your mom might find some relief by swabbing her ear with olive oil or coconut oil. She could also use either of these oils on some toilet paper and gently wipe the anal region. Your mom is fortunate to have you as her caregiver. Good luck!

Itchy ears and anus? Parasites. Stop eating meat protein, eat NO sugar, not even fruit sugar, and eat lots of raw and lightly cooked veggies. May want to cut out wheat and other carbs for a while. Take 2 TBS. ground flax meal morning and night to help with elimination. Check out this site for more things to do. Good luck! I'm just getting rid of those that came back with me from Costa Rica last year.

I have a question about sugars. I know I am a sweetaholic. So I try to eat as natural ones as I can. So when you are talking about sugar is this the white refined stuff? I use honey, Xylitol, organic evaporated cane juice. I know this butt itch is related to diet in some way and I am getting desperate. I have tried the tea tree oil and sometimes it works and sometimes it is very temporary. That is why I think it has to do with what goes in as well and a topical remedy. I also wash with water and this helps as well.

Your "butt itch" sounds like Candida overgrowth to me... And it is caused by ANY sugar feeding the little candida monsters in your gut. You can use probiotics to boost your own gut bugs to tame the candida, but unless you cut back on sugars, you'll have an itchy butt. If you do have an overgrowth of candida, they do not go away easily or willingly. You can find all sorts of cures for candida on this website. I used Biotin, which prevents candida from growing, and slippery elm to heal my gut from the abuse of the candida. I also went on a strict low carb diet. No itchy butt! =)
