i will tell you that ws the best choice I have ever made in my life. Is wish I would have made he choice early. I am now forty six as well and grateful I no longer have the pain associated with my fibroids, but I do have the premenstrual symptoms but no actual period. I suggest any woman who is not trying to have any children, and has fibroids to have the surgery. I had my surgery on january twenty first, two thousand and six and that is when my life began.
there is a procedure call uterine fibroid emobilization that can save your uterus and kill the bloodflow to the fibroids whch will irradicate them. if you want something noninvasive as an actual surgery, I would look into that.

Google 'pranic healing'. It is an energy based protocol that has a LOT of success getting rid of fibroids. Anyone can go this for you long distance if there is no one in your vicinity.
Look at 'Endoflex' is the oil name. They are therapeutic grade and have incredible results in resolving women's issues.
Also look at this link for successful resolution of fibroids with essential oils. (It is IMPERATIVE to use therapeutic grade essential oils to not harm your body. Only 2% of essential oils on the market are therapeutic grade).

Also google 'Weston Price' Foundation. There are many cases of women consuming high quality fermented cod liver oil which has gotten rid of heavy bleeding, fibroids and the like. This type of cod liver oil has great amounts of Vitamin A which can help your body heal itself.
I have resolved my fibroid issues with a combination of what I shared with you above.
Good luck, Tina

Dim helps to regulate estrogens. I also believe in ACV (1oz) and Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon) every day, and three times a day when having period.... I know how miserable it can be, and wish you the very best. Good luck!

My husband takes lithium orotate, and after reading about it you might want to try it. We buy his online (vitacost. com) where it is way cheaper than at a regular store.
Here is an excellent research starting point / website about lithium orotate written by Dr. Jonathan Wright of the Tahoma Clinic:

Good luck to you. :-)

Hi Linda, You mentioned that you are taking serrapeptase and that your fibroids have shrunk in size but you think this is a doctor error. I don't understand why you would think this as serrapeptase eats non living tissues in the body or in otherwords, serrapeptase is eating away at your fibroids. So, why are you surprised that they have shrunk? Fibroids have, from what I have read, been linked to a possible insufficiency of B vitamins, specifically B6 and B12. You are taking B12. It can be possible that you are not absorbing your B12 as you have mentioned that you are on a low protein diet and the B vitamins need to combine with protein when taken in order to be absorbed and used efficiently by the body. I wish you well in your recovery.
