34 year old with on going menstrual bleeding

Hi, I'm a 34 year old female. I have been bleeding for the past 4 1/2 weeks, this is the 1st time this has happened to me and I am becoming frantic. I know that I have fibroids and hormonal issues. I've always had irregular periods, and until the last few years my period has started to come more regularly. I thought I was starting my period 4 weeks ago when I started to spot. It stayed that way for the next few days and hasnt stopped. The flow and color changes from day to day... From a light or bright red to a dark brown. I have no cramping or clots. Pregnancy is not an issue... It's crazy because I dont feel lousy, drained or exhausted. I started drinking ACV with BSM hoping that would help as I've read but it hasn't stopped the bleeding although it has worked amazing with my energy levels.

Can anyone please recommend anything else aside ACV? I heard someone mention something called MACA..... I know the easiest answer is GO AND SEE THE DR, and if it continues I will certainly do so . I am not a fan of medicial Doctors, I believe that they guess at your diagnosis and shove dangerous medicines in our system to surpress real issues.

Hi, it would be advisable to have a cervical smear test. It soul also be worth checking your iron levels in your blood. Also some infections can cause these symptoms so you could mention it at your smear test. A ultrasound would check the status of your ovaries and uterine lining and if you have cysts/fibroids. A hair analysis test would give you an indication where your deficiencies are. You could also request a tumour marker test ca125. Basically, it's not normal to bleed for that long and it's not good for your body so you should try and see a recommended gyno- yes it's not fun but it would be a short time of uncomfortable testing for reassurance. You could also have your thyroid levels checked. All the other remedies can be great and effective but it's best to establish what you are dealing with so it can be treated effectively. Good luck

I went through years of very erratic periods with extended spotting and brown spotting, etc. One thing that stopped the brown spotting quickly was eating ground flaxseed daily. It did not seem to affect any other symptoms, though.

Then last year I read in a magazine that sunflower seeds can positively affect progesterone levels. I decided to see what would happen if I started eating them daily as brown or extended spotting are supposedly caused by estrogen dominance/low progesterone. I began eating them only 10 days before my period started, and lo and behold, I had my first 6 day period (previously my norm) in I could not remember how long! It has varied a little in the past year, but it usually stays in the normal range. I would love to hear if this works for someone else.

Hello, It could be that you have ovarian cysts and they have ruptured. I bled HORRIBLY for 1 yr non stop so much that I even had to skip work sometimes.

So get an ultrasound done. Besides that, yes you can cure it will all natural remedies. I didn't take even a single pill or anything. I did it all with herbs and nurtition.

1.Continue drinking ACV with the mother.
2. Also, drink freshly squeezed lemon in warm water 1st thing in the morning on an EMPTY stomach. This will alkalize your body and also cleanse your liver - getting rid of excess hormones.
3. Take Vitex and Maca. You can decide if you want to take both together or 1 at a time.
4. CASTOR OIL packs - one of the best things a woman can do for herself. Buy Organic, unrefined, cold-pressed castor oil. Apply it liberally over all of your abdomen/stomach/ovaries area and put a cloth and then a heating pad so it would soak in the liver and the body evenly. Lie down and relax and keep on adding more castor oil to the area. Do this 3-4 times/week for 1 - 1. 5 hr each time. This will also help get rid of your fibroids and cysts and normalize your hormones.
5. STOP eating dairy and meat. Lots of fruits and greens.
6. Do ORGANIC APPLE JUICE detox. Squeeze fresh o-apple juice and drink it so it can clean your body. You can also add O-Beets, PARSLEY and Lemon.
7. Go for massages and accupuncture so your body can relax, circulate better and detox.
8. Water, lots of drinking water.
9. Get IODINE SUPPLEMENT - IODORAL and start taking KELP. Also you can buy DULSE and add to your soups.
10. Last but not least, eat lot of GARLIC.
11. You can also buy a product called MensReduce. It will help a lot.
12. Take O-Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg-1500mg each day to help with hormonal balance.

Through following all this, I have been able to stop my bleeding and am on way to permanently get rid of my cysts. I have lots of hormonal balance and I feel great. I have tireless energy and now I realize how much better and healtheir my body is than what it was BEFORE my bleeding started. What a blessing! Good luck!

I strongly recommend that you rub castor oil abundantly on your lower abdomen at night before going to bed and leave it on. May also want to do it in the mornings, after showering. The severe post-menopausal bleeding, which I had been having for about three months, stopped after the second application. This oil is a real blessing. I refer to it as Blessed Castor Oil. I have used it for numerous health/cosmetic treatments. It is amazing! I always carry some with me at all times. Many blessings!
