Oh; Tumeric the spice will whiten your teeth.. Just make a paste out of it and leave it on your teeth for half hour a few times a week or just 15 minutes at a time.? My teeth got so much whiter after doing this.. You can also brush your teeth with it.? The taste isn't great but it works..
