Low dose naltrexone (LDN) will definitely help with the MS and will also probably be helpful for the Graves and AS. www.ldninfo.org and join the Yahoo LDN group to get many (thousands) of success stories of LDN with MS and ask specifically about the other two autoimmune problems. Since he was recently diagnosed with MS, he will have a good chance arresting progression before nerve damage causes permanent damage. Best wishes.Replied by Ed2010 (Oakville, Canada) on 09/23/2012
Hi Lori, Before Ted gives you any remedies. I recommend to take Milk Kefir, it is the best food for any type of Auto Immune disease. I recommend this in all my posting. It should be home made kefir though. Just think it as an additional supplement you won't regret. thanksReplied by Lori (Ny, USA) on 09/23/2012
Ok, first I have heard about making kefir. Can you recommend how I should make this at home? Thank you for your response.

first time LDN was 3.5. After one month pain and stiffness so severe in his neck we ran to the doctor thinking he had meningitis. I had a hunch it was a side effect for LDN so I took him off. Pain and stiffness subsided in a few days.
we waited one month, doctor lowered the dose to 2.5 and within a few days pain and stiffness in his neck again. stopped LDN and pain and stiffness went away.
discouraged that LDN did not work for him.

Milk Kefir is a fermented milk like yoghurt. You need kefir grains (kefir starter culture) to make kefir, there are plenty of youtube videos demonstrating how to make kefir. Dom's site is the internet bible for milk kefir: http://users.sa.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html
try to get grains from your local community, if not you can purchase in ebay. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXdiv3CSNIU
thanks

Hi Lori, I saw this on the LDN Group today and thought it may be of interest for your son. It is an OTC supplement that shows some promise for MS. The Wahl diet looks very good, also, as someone else pointed out.

Hi Rswuniontown from Uniontown, Oh. Found the article very interesting. I will look deeper into this. Seems like it is harmless to try. We follow the Wahls diet to a point. Sometimes it's hard to eat all those veggies, but we make a lot of shakes with the veggies to get in the amount needed to consume a day. My son takes some of Dr Wahls supplements, but she lists so many.
Thank you so much for responding to my post. It is much appreciated.
