I have taken Apple Cider Vinegar before, during, and after pregnancies, always with success.
Many women find that avoiding caffeine, especially coffee (unfortunately! ), will reduce breast lumps and pain.
Castor Oil massaged gently into the area a couple of times a day may help the pain and also reduce the size of the fibroid. If you can find frankincense essential oil, that is something else I would use topically twice a day on the lump. It can be done at the same time as the castor oil. I would try this for a month and see if it makes a difference.
You might also consider using iodine. It has helped many women with breast lump issues. It is best taken with vitamin C, magnesium, and selenium. There is a lot of information here:
