While getting sleep say one hour my mouth gets dry with the result my sleep breaks. It happens only when I get sleep. I tried one month drinking urine, but not found any improvement.

For those who find drinking urine 'yucky', try pinching your nostrils whilst you drink. Most of the rejection impulse comes from the 'smell'. If you object to the mild aftertaste, take a 'swig' of pineapple juice. Sometimes one gets a few 'burps' coming from one's stomach a few times, but never nausea.

I have found that it is a great sleep aid, when one gets into a worry or 'circular thought' syndrome that won't go away and let you sleep.

One's kidneys constantly dump the sleep inducing enzyme that your body creates into the urine, and is there waiting for use, especially if your insomnia problem arises after sleeping for a while.
