I had 10 years of disconfort (inflamation like feeling on my testicle (left side)) and discomfort on all body... Due a bad treated STD... Maybe was all the antibiotic I take it for it... and I had a candida infection I dont know! I also had low libido and low energy....

On the last doctor he said he couldnt do nothing and it was all psycological. So at my last try, I started to take Chanca Piedra TEA with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric...

3 Days later I was almost like new! Chanca piedra helped, I did some experiences with other teas, always with turmeric... And worked too.... So turmeric did the trick... but is best with chanca piedra...

Im on the 10 days... I wont stop... Until I feel im 100%. 95% , wich is realy good. With energy, body relax. Sleeping much better, and happier. (turmeric is used for depression too). Is the most incredible thing I ever used...

Sorry for my English! Good luck for all

Wanted to add a YEA to using turmeric for thyroid inflammation. Sometimes I get this when my thyroid is under attack (I have Hashimoto's - autoimmune thyroid disease). When I feel that coming on, I take a capsule or two of turmeric. It has not failed to relieve it yet.

I make my own caps with vegetarian capsules, organic turmeric powder, and some freshly ground black pepper (a substance in pepper called piperine greatly aids the absorption of the turmeric) - no real measurement, I just do a few turns of the pepper mill into a small bowl of the turmeric and mix together. Making my own capsules is cheaper than buying ready-made caps, plus I know exactly what is in them (no fillers!).

I have been using Turmeric for my inflammation for 2 years now and swear by it. I have an autoimmune disease which causes a lot of inflammation. I take 1 tablespoon a day and it keeps my swelling way down.I am now goiter free and do not need thyroid removal surgery. If I go off of it the swelling picks back up and my goiter returns.I have taken it in capsule form or by mixing it with water and swallowing fast!

I use turmeric, it works like magic for me - I have Crohn's disease, and finds it helps ease inflammation. All the anti-inflammatory pills that the doctor gave me only made me MUCH worse. Turmeric helps stop the 'loose stools'.
