Thanks for the remedy on nasal congestion!! It's nothing short of a miracle on both nasal passages. Not even Benadryl worked as good.

I have had a persistent sinus infection for two months. My doctor put me on Amoxicillin for 7 days. When that didn't work, she put me on Augmentin for 10 days, plus a combination of ephedrine and guaifenesin, plus Rhinocort nasal spray. All of it has been virtually worthless. I have been totally miserable, unable to sleep well, and just dragging through the day FOR WEEKS. Today it was worse than ever, and I woke up with a severe sinus headache that made me nauseous. In desperation, I searched the Internet for a home remedy and landed on this one. (Since I didn't have any tomato juice or fresh garlic on hand, I substituted tomato soup and chopped garlic in oil.) I cannot believe how quickly this worked. I feel normal again! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS GREAT RECIPE!!

I too had been suffering for 5 days with congestion, fever, coughing, sore throat and a headache. I was taking over the counter stuff and that didn't work. Went to the dr. and he gave me a shot of antibiotics and some Avelox to take by mouth. After 2 days of the antibiotics it wasn't much better. I was so weak I could do nothing. First I tried just Hoboken Eddies hot sauce and that alone started me on recovery. Then I tried this formula and I am almost better and this is just a 1/2 hour after having it.

Had sinus issues once in a while, always very light. But for the last few days it was over the top, to a point where it woke me up at 3am, as I was unable to breath. I thought to myself that this is it, I'm gonna find myself a homemade remedy. So I searched on the net and found this site. I went into the kitchen and found I had all the ingredients except tomatoe juice, so I used fresh tomatoes, and boiled them first in a little bit of water for 10 mins to make a thick sauce kinda thing. After a couple sips, I could feel the sinuses clear up. Now, 30 mins later, I feel great, and ready to sleep. Good night! and thanks for the remedy!

My results just came a lot later than was specified in the paragraph. I'm still disappointed that I had to wait so long.

I have suffered with severe sinus and allergy attacks for many years. I read about tomato juice, garlic, and lemon juice on Earth Clinic yesterday. I tried it this morning. My head is completely clear now. I also started drinking the ACV yesterday. I will let you know the results as soon as I see a difference.
