Cold showers are fun. I take them every morning and I sleep great at night. The cold showers really help my immune system and my autonomic nervous system. It also regulate my brain chemistry. I tried the dip showers, but the cold is lots better for me. I tried taking them twice a day but I decided to take them in the morning.
