HI U OLE PATOOTS, ORH here, our buddy Art, has sent us all to school. He has it down pat and that's good. You don't have to think too much. He is disciplined and I am not, and don't claim to be. I just put a thought in your head and you take it where you want. I have a Medical Ozone Generator that I use . It is expensive to buy, but not to use. The big deal is to get ozone into your blood. I do that by rectal insufflation. I just blow ozone up my fanny. There is another way and that is to use ozone rectum suppositories and achieve the same effect. I have these, but have never done that. I just want to plant a seed and you take it where you want. If you have gut issues like candida and such, then you may want to research and tell us how it worked. I'll probably do this because it will give me material for ATS. That's just the way I ams.
