Hey all,

I just wanted to report my experience with using ACV for the second time. I initially started in July 07 and took it for about 5 weeks and lost 18lbs. I was taking 2Tlbsp of Acv, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 Tblspn of honey. I didn't stop bcuz it wasn't working, I just got caught up with life...I graduated college, moved, had deaths n accidents in my family and started workin 2 jobs...so I just slowly got out of the habit of taking it. I wasn't watching what I ate or exercising, but I never gained the weight back. I started @ 262 and went down to 255.I stayed 255 until Jan 1, 2009 when I re dedicated myself to getting healthy.....I have changed my dosage to the new revised recipe on here...which is 2 teaspoons of acv in 16 ounces of water (2 cups)...and I sip throughout the day. I prepare a weeks worth of water bottles in advice n take it with me to work n school....So far since the 1st of Jan....I have lost 16lbs....n its only Feb 5th. I haven't worked out one day.I have a slim fast shake in the morning followed by a few gulps of acv mix...then I have salad or fruits for lunch n whatever I want for dinner...as long as u take a few sips b4 n after meals....u will lose weight. I notice my stomach slimming the most. I don't know how people can say this doesn't work. I want to take it for the rest of my life..bcuz my hair is long n shiny, I have a lot more energey(hence I'm wide awake @ 5am writing this) and I have had severe back back from some pinched nerves in my back....I used to take 6 to 10 tylenol or motrin to get through the day....and to me its amazing that I haven't taken any pain meds for my back since I started acv again.I swear by it. Try it. It has so many health benefits , that you have nothing to lose.Ill post my progress again @ the end of Feb. As of 2day I weigh 246lbs. Hope this helps....Good Luck!!

Apple Cider Vinegar: This is the best by far. I love it, and have become addicted to using it. It has now become a part of my daily routine. I take 2 tsp to an 8oz glass of water in the morning upon awaking, and then go about my business. I find the early morning remedy gives me a burst of energy, and I think we all could use that first thing in the morning..ha ha. I drink the same amount after eating a light breakfast usually about 10am-ish. I again take it after eating a light lunch. Again after a light dinner. I follow a low carb diet, and do try to watch my fats, but I am telling you...this works for me. I started following a low carb lifestyle approximately 4 years ago, prior to my use of the apple cider vinegar. I weighed 158 lbs, and I dropped 30 lbs within 4-5 months. I was able to keep it off for about 3 years, and then slowly started to regain over the past 1-2 years. I weighed 143 about a month ago, and I was at the point where I was NOT going back to 158 again. I started the apple cider vinegar. I now weigh 138, and I am full of energy...major plus!

I have read almost every post on this site and I am amazed at how much it has helped many of you. I know though, as in any other remedy out there, this may not work for everyone, but it does work for me. I am very intersted in trying the coconut oil now as well. I have elevated cholestrol, but not to the point of danger, although the high cholestrol runs in my family, as does heart disease on both sides of my family, so I figure it cannot hurt to give it a try. I am a 39 year old female, and have become very interested in living as healthy of a lifestyle as possible. I see a chiropractor twice a week as well, who is very supportive of this. I wish everyone all the luck in trying this. To those that have had hard time with it, never give up..keep the faith. A big thank you to the creators of this site. Julie-Michigan

Hello I was diagnosed with RA when I was about 35 years old. Over the last 11 years I've gone from walking and running to barely walking. A little over a month ago I found this site and decided to try the ACV. Now not being able to exercise I gained about 50 some pounds in 11 years. Since I've started taking ACV I have noticed that the RA has lightened up A little, But to be honest I missed a couple days of taking it, while in the hospital. Now normally, I eat pretty well and have had no problem with that. But when they weighed me at the hospital, I found that in the last month I have lost over 30 pounds without even trying. Now I have tried to loss this weight before on diets with no success. Now I'm just starting to notice that I am losing my appetite. So I'm not eating as much now. What a nice side effect to losing the pain of RA. My doctor has been after to lose weight over the last couple of years. Can't wait to see his face and tell him what I've been doing. I think he's gonna be shocked, I know that I was. Thanks Kurt

Raw organic apple cider vinegar has helped me so much, I feel like a vinegar evangelist!! I tell everyone about it. I heard about it in 2003 after having been in the hospital for chronic broncitis three times that year and had develped asthma, was on a nebulizer and inhalers. I have always had allergies.

After I started the raw vinegar mixed with raw honey - I have been drinking 1/4 cup mixed with a glass of water at night.- I have lost 55 pounds, which I learned was due to the vinegar daily - have not had bronchitis or asthma and have quit taking acid reflex meds, lung meds, singular for asthma, don't need the nebulizer or inhalers. I also quit taking nexium and just learned it is also good for leg cramps. I am a much healther person. I take mine at night, but think I will try taking smaller doses three times a day. Even my lung doctor agreed ACV was good for your lungs. He said his Mother raised them on it for sore throats and colds. Too bad the drug companies don't agree. Thanks for your site

I used apple cider vinegar for about 3 months, yes it does help in weight loss, I lost 45 pounds. Did excercise also. Only serious negative thing was that my blood work showed that I was seriously anemic, so I stopped the vinegar and now I am fine. I guess it washed nutrients as well.
