Hi I have been a Nutritionist for 21 years I have several dogs on chlorella for years and it it very safe and it is also a nutrition power house for health. My husband and I also have taken it for years. So yes you should continue to give her this supplement and you can up the dose a little bit. I hope I was some help to you.

I have a 12 year old Lhasa Apso and for the past few months she's been experiencing pain in her legs and her behavior has changed all she did was sleep and eat..and then my mom suggested me feed my dog chlorella. On the 3rd day (today) I noticed my dog alive again, she's playful once again and running. Woo hoo! I'm so glad this works, I only been giving her half a tablet but I think I will go up a dose.

Give your dog chlorella for arthritis and other ailments...My 15 year old dog is young again...Last winter he was at death's door..I give 4 tabs 500 mg. daily. Complete recovery.
