Potassium. Get it from coconut water, bananas, spuds (all varieties), some tomato juices, and most vegetables. Do not waste your time or money on potassium supplements, they are typically a very, very low dose, not to mention unnatural and potentially dangerous. Also your high dose of magnesium supplementation is hard on the digestive pipes and unbalances (or displaces) some other minerals. It's always best to supplement with food whenever possible (not talking about disgusting "energy" drinks). Ya gotta eat anyway, right? Discover which REAL foods are high in minerals (mostly fresh produce and carnivorous fare) and eat well. Sweet dreams.

I have suffered from this for 25 yrs. If working or exercising hard I get it worse. So the more I need the rest the worse the jerks are and then I become stressed. Kicking my girlfriend is awful and if she has an early start the next day it stresses me out so much because I'm ruining her sleep. My father had it bad.. no cinema, no long trips. My grandparents had to have not just separate beds but then separate rooms. It's an awful thing. It is not for everyone but a small amount of cannabis can completely cure the problem for me, taken just before bed. However it is illegal in the UK. I have not tried cbd on its own but I do want to try it. Not the weak stuff, but high extract cbd may work too. Cannabis has been used in world cultures forever for stomach aches, period pains and for good sleep.
