I'm an internist in NJ. I've tried this concoction on a limited number of patients and found that it did not reduce their cholesterol levels, but it does reduce glucose levels.
So now I am suggesting this to my diabetic or borderline diabetic patients. Will have more experience and results in a few months.

Will you be willing to share the amounts in the ingredients of this concoction? I am having issues maintaining stable blood sugar levels despite low-gi diet, exercise and green veggie juice.
Thanks!

Tina, some of my patients have used a premixed concoction they purchased overseas, but the correct home remedy (based upon direct interviews with several people who regularly make this concoction) appears to be to cook the 4 cups of ingredients (1 cup each of ACV, lemon juice, ginger juice and garlic juice) on medium flame down to 3 cups (which usually takes 30 minutes), then add 2-3 cups of organic honey (some have mentioned 1 cup).
3-4 tablespoons need to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. About 15-30 minutes should pass before eating anything else, depending upon how fast one's digestion and metabolism is.
Hope that helps.

Would it work as well to use the raw juices and not cook them down? The cooking kills the enzymes. It seems logical that raw would work better, to me. Am I missing something?

i don't boil it or warm it. Just put the ingredients in a sealed ceramic jar and place it on the counter. My results are good.

Can it be a glass jar? I don't have ceramic.

by boiling tonic may become more strong but you also lose some nutrients value. I put garlic ginger in blender, make paste then slowly add ACV, fresh lemon juice and honey. This will make thick smooth paste or like smoothy.
