I was reading your notes regarding Black strap molasses, I used it for the past 2 months, I noticed that my period is less (5 days) compare to the 10 days, lighter and no pain at all. I will let you know if it shrinks my Uturus Fibroyd.The best way for me to eat it is with a glass of milk, or mix it with plain yougurt.

Did it help shrink your fibroid? Just curious. I'm struggling with one fibroid in my uterus and I get painful cysts on my ovaries. I have heavy bleeding and clotting every month and periods last about 8 to 9 days.

Molasses and chocolate give me chest pain.

For pcos try coriander and mustard seed and moringa leaf.

The coriander seed can be used on food. I used a teaspoon or more per day last month and my period was lighter.

I was also using moringa leaf powder and mustard seed powder occasionally.

The moringa and mustatd were mixed 1 tablespoon each with an equal amount of fresh lemon juice and a small cup of water.

The bleeding has been less and the abdominal discomfort is improved. The pcos seems to be from over indulging in chocolate.

Garlic helps somewhat, too.

Cedar and sage might interest you.
