Yes h2o2 therapy is wonderful. Works for everything. We buy a giant 5l h2o2 at least per month/6 weeks. We use it for cleaning, mouthwash, spraying toothbrushes, sanitizing food (mixed with water), and inhaling spray especially when the winter season comes to prevent...whatever!

As some have said on here, do not worry about the 3% vs food grade. Some mention about possible stabilizers in contaminants in 3%...its made in a pharma lab so I wouldn't worry. Cause some people are using borax (made in agri labs vs pharma labs) instead of Boron (made in pharma grade labs). Far more contaminants and possibilities of such in borax than 3% peroxide.

Peroxide is one of those things we all should have gallons of. Nasal sprays, inhalers, food prep, pet blankets spray, etc...too many uses to talk about.
