Ticks are bad this summer at our farm even though I have Guineas , which are supposed to rid you of this parasite. We use DMSO for some of our ailments and I had a brain storm. This is one of the most powerful solvents known. When I find a tick, I no longer try to pull it out of my hide. I just cover it with DMSO and it is dead within a few minutes and you can just roll it off. I buy DMSO gel from the Doctor in Oregon who did all the initial research, but you can buy it at any Farm Co-op. If it works on million dollar horses, it will work on you. ATS.

Hi..
At first your tick idea sounded good, then I thought, what about the fact that DMSO makes other substances enter the body through our skin? Anything we have on before, PR put on up to 30 mins? An hour? After, absorbs into our system. I wonder of this could backfire and take any tick borne infection deeper into the body? Or maybe the DMSO is so awesome that is kills all that on the spot, I am not sure.. Just wanted to through that out there for discussion.

that's what I imediately thought. IF it is infected with Lymes, than you will be also. Pulling the tick gives you at least a chance not to take in the Lymes
