S.- (DE) Diatomaceous Earth- food grade. Work great against all parasites, worms etc. Use 1 Tablespoon twice a day in juice or water for the first week. You can literally feel the worm being expelled out of your body. Your stool may change color to a pale yellow. After the first week only take 1 tablespoon daily. Also great for plants and pets.Replied by S. from Nicosia, CYPRUS on 04/27/2009

Hello, I agree with Lori Diatomaceous Earth (food great) is great for getting rid of parasites. One of the best things I think. But as you already know some tape worms can be hard to get rid of so staying on DE for a long time is required. Go slowly on taking DE at first because as it kills parasite it can make some people sick especially if they are already weak. I started with 1/4 teaspoon and work up. Some of my friends are unable to have bowel moments if they take too much. If this happens tell your sister to back down on the amount. You might want to tell your sister to look into getting a small zapper that she can wear on her 24 hours a day because a persons parasites can have parasites and they reproduce so fast, and also while they are dying can cause detox healing crisis and the zapper can help with that and enzymes between meals. Also if you have been around your sister you might think about treating yourself for parasites. It is a good idea any way because you never know who might of prepared your food that had them.Replied by S. from Nicosia, Cyprus on 04/29/2009

This is to PR, thanks a lot for the useful info. Please, where is the most reliable place to get this zapper? online or local store it doesn't matter. Thank youReplied by PR from Houston, Texas on 05/02/2009
Your are most welcome. Glad the info helped. Adding MSM is also very helpful in getting rid of parasites as it provides a slick lining in the body making it hard for parasites to hang on. Start slow with MSM work up to 5,000 to 10,000 mgs a day that is what I read. Mixing MSM with water doesn't taste to bad. As far as the zapper goes the Terminator II is suppose to be best. Several internet sites sells them.Replied by S. from Nicosia, Cyprus on 05/02/2009

To Lori and PRThe doctors suspect hydatid because my sister had toured the outback of Australia. Her symptoms began with watery discharge from genitor-urinary tract and for the last ten years have included abdominal and peritoneum pain, leg's spasms and mobility impairment. She is anxious to know:
What symptoms made u think it was hydatid? Where did the hydatid give u pains?
Please only share what you wish to share

Syptoms are fatigue and loose bowels to name a few. My understanding is that the syptoms will vary from which organs the parasites are in, therefore no two people will have the exact same syptoms. Having lab work done is the best way to determine the presents of parasites since syptoms can be like other diseases. I usually take things for parasites on a regular basis.Replied by E. from London, UK on 05/26/2009
Hi this is S's sister, to Lori from Orlando, and to PR from Houston, thanks for all your help and advice on hydatid. You've been great! This is the first time I am using the computer to talk to people about my health and I am overwhelmed at how helpful everyone is to each other in sharing information and advice.I had a hair analysis by a Naturopath and the results showed a high level of parasites in my system. But when I told this to an orthodox doctor he said parasites cannot be tested by hair analysis. Do you, or anyone else reading this, have any views, knowledge or experience of this? - Thanks again.

Hi E., I have had my hair tested also and as far as I know you can only tell levels of minerals, heavy metals and certain toxins in your hair. If your hair test showed heavy metals and toxins you probably have parasites, and maybe fungus, because theses are the elements the parasites need to stay in your body. So even though the hair test doesn't show parasites the heavy metal load I think is where this doctor may be coming from. The only way I know to test for parasites are fecal samples or blood work depending on which parasites the doctor is looking for. Maybe someone else will comment as I know I don't know everything. Hope this helps you some.Replied by E. from London, UK on 05/29/2009
This is to PR - Thanks a lot for getting back to me so quickly. I really appreciate it. I'm sorry I've been slow to respond. I have constant abdominal pain so I can only use the computer every few days. I think you are right about the toxins as my chemical and hydrocarbon toxin level was very high at 96, and my fungus level was 54, the parasite level was 95, and I also had a post viral level of 75. I have had the Hydatid blood test which was negative and ditto for the fecal tests but I will carry on investigating it. Thanks a lot for all your useful information you have been really helpful.Replied by PR from Houston, Texas on 05/29/2009
You are very welcome. Glad I could be of some help. At least you know what you need to work on a lot of levels. And you are coming to the right web site to learn how to help yourself which is a big part of recovery. Don't get discourage and give if the process seems slow some times as it does take awhile and it is a learning process. Keep up the good work and hope you start feeling better soon.Replied by E. from London, UK on 06/05/2009

This is for S. and Helen. I just read on another site that you can take Diatomateous Earth. This fossil flour just tears the parasites to pieces and you expel them through bowel movements. If you can find this earth, take a heaping tablespoon three times a day before any meals for 30 days. You cannot miss any day or you have to start over again. You will need to search for more information on the web. I live in the U.S. and there are many companies that sell this stuff. I just ordered some from Nebraska and I will be receiving it in a few days. I am going to try this therapy for myself and I will post again on my experience. I have not been diagnosed with parasites but the symptoms are all there. I have given up bread, anything with sugar, gave up eating out and cooking all my meals myself. Have started a regiment of eating most of my food raw or slightly steamed. I love soupa trahana with haloumi but that is not happening in my kitchen yet because wheat is not recommended.Replied by E. from London, Uk on 08/21/2009
Hi TriciaThanks for all your advice it is really appreciated. I too have not been diagnosed with parasites although I am convinced I have them. I'm not sure that the parasites are actually in my intestines. I feel the pain in my abdomen which is very swollen and I have cysts in lots of sites including the pancreas and liver. But I appreciate the info about Diatomateous Earth and will see if I can find it in our local health shop. It would be great to hear how you get on. Incidentally, if you hear of any Greek remedies i.e. certain foods that are useful it would be great to hear. Take care, Lots of love, E.

The Greeks cooked with all the right spices. Garlic powder, rosemary or oregano, salt and pepper. Put this on chicken, pork chops, fish or lamb. Garlic, rosemary and oregano are anti-parasitic. They also used olive oil and lemon juice. The olive oil is also anti-parasitic.Replied by Li from Bc, Php on 03/25/2012

Caution: DO NOT take one tablespoon 3x/day. Start slow, with 1/4 teaspoon per day. See how your body reacts. Some people report constipation. Others feel really sick (parasite die-off?). Don't just leap into it.Replied by Janet E from Australia on 01/14/2026
I have had hair analysis a few times and it does pick up parasites.
