I was diagnosed with MDS 6 years ago. It was a low risk 13Q. My doctor only watches me and my labs. But taking a drug to increase red count temporarily is being offered.
FATIGUE is why I am submitting this. I am not suffering that right now, but have in the past. I read up on Royal jelly and bee pollen in raw honey and decided to try it. If it is permitted to say the brand: Y.D. Eco Bee Farms, 24oz jar from Swansons online.
I did not tell my husband because he's often skeptical of home remedies. I served myself one teaspoon each morning with the proper handling of the honey: using a wooden or plastic spoon, and keeping the Honey at room temperature. I noticed a difference in me by the next day. On day 4 my husband noticed! And so did my 87-year-old mother-in-law who lives with us! Because she noticed the difference she had me order some for her! There was quite a while where we were taking it every day. And I, for one, stopped needing a nap in the middle of the day. I was 70 or 71 when I started this. Now neither of us feel the need to take it every day.
As a side note, I have always been hypermobile. It was "just the way I am" without any clue that other things in my body such as all the surgeries for prolapses and hernias, constipation, TMJ, etc, I am starting to get explanations since studying up on POTS, EDS & hEDS! So I plan on adding to your pages on dysautonomia with some things I've learned.
