Pain throughout the body include pro-inflammatory mediators released by mast cells, such as serotonin and cytokines.
A recent post on Long Covid Maxer (Perth, Australia), found Ascaris worm and a disease called Ascariasic caused him joint pain. You have had Covid, Long Covid and potentially Ascariasic. You are having all over body pain.
Excessive levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines can lead to chronic inflammation, resulting in conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia that cause persistent pain. Dysregulation of cytokines can lead to various health issues. High Serotonin can be another factor in all over pain sensitivity but rare and more caused if taking anti-depressants.
Herbs like turmeric, ginger, and chamomile have shown potential in reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines and may help manage conditions associated with excessive inflammation. Quercetin with Bromelain reduce histamine levels. A SAAT practitioner can use a point in the ear to aide in regulating immune dysfunction.
I promote the Leaky Gut Syndrome protocol for it eradicates biofilms, parasites, bacteria, fungal, repopulates gut microbiota and heals the gut. This helps a disregulated immune system/ cytokines to be regulated which lowers inflammation and histamine which gets rid of pain.

Fibromyalgia Part IINutrient Deficiencies: Impact on Fibromyalgia Symptoms
Vitamin D: Low levels are linked to increased pain, fatigue, and sleep issues. Supplementation may improve symptoms.
Magnesium: Deficiency can lead to muscle weakness, increased inflammation, and heightened pain perception.
Vitamin B12: Important for nerve health and energy; low levels can exacerbate fatigue and pain.
Iron: Non-anemic iron deficiency is common and can contribute to fatigue and overall weakness.
Boron: deficiency correlate with increased pain severity. taken in low dose 1/8 teaspoon (see borax guide lines. Aides in IL-6 and other markers.
Choline: reduced choline levels may correlate with increased pain severity.
Leptin Hormone: reduced increases appetite. Leptin supplements.
In women low Progesterone can create inflammation. Bio-identical hormones are available. Test for Estrogen and Progesterone levels.
Mitochondria: supporting supplements
NAD+: Acts as an electron carrier in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, essential for energy production.
CoQ10: Supports ATP synthesis and protects against oxidative damage.
Alpha-Lipoic Acid: Regenerates other antioxidants and improves mitochondrial efficiency.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine: Enhances energy production by transporting fatty acids into mitochondria.
PQQ: Stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis, improving overall cellular energy.
Urolithin A: Promotes mitophagy, the process of removing damaged mitochondria.
Inflammatory markers in the body that create inflammation.
Herbs to reduce C-reactive proteins: Red Ginseng, Turmeric, Ginger, Green Tea and Boswellia
Herbs to reduce TNF-α inhibitors: Turmeric (Curcumin), Ginger, and Green tea
Dysregulation of IL-6 can contribute to the symptoms experienced by individuals with fibromyalgia.
Proven Supplements to Reduce IL-6
1. Curcumin: Blocks IL-6 activity; pair with black pepper for absorption.
2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Found in fish oil, reduces IL-6 and supports heart/brain health.
3. Vitamin D: Regulates immune function, lowers IL-6 in deficiency.
4. Magnesium: Calms the nervous system, reduces IL-6.
5. Resveratrol: Found in red grapes, lowers IL-6 and supports heart health.
6. Quercetin: Inhibits IL-6, boosts antioxidants, lowers histamine.
7. N-Acetylcysteine (NAC): Precursor to glutathione, reduces inflammation.
A hyperactive nervous system can produce inflammation. A nervine like Skullcap or Oat-straw can calm the nervous system. Stress and anxiety can also induce inflammation. When the Amygdala in the brain is not functioning properly the fight, flight or freeze processes can kick in producing inflammation. Ashwagandha works with the Amygdala, hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals, thyroid and testes or ovaries. Restless sleep or difficulty getting to sleep increases inflammation: Melatonin

TY ariley for that post. I've just come off of having two back to back flare ups of fibro due to extremely rainy weather. I've discovered that Mucuna Pruriens is excellent for both ADHD and fibromyalgia. Also Stinging Nettle leaf is good for hair loss and fibromyalgia so I've added both to my supplement regimen. As for the flare ups, next time I will write out a protocol for flare ups and follow it b/c just doing supplements help but they don't fix it. Thank you again and for everything you do for EC.Replied by ariley from USA on 07/16/2026
Fibromyalgia Part IIIOne would have to understand that one does what they can and what they can afford. It can take one to 3 months before you notice a difference with supplements. One has to be patient and mind what they eat and drink. You can not wait for flair up to resolve inflammation. Their is Fibromyalgia type diets on the net, basically anti-inflammatory diets.
Example of Fibromyalgia regimen. Start with the gut. Kill off parasites and their eggs and also use biofilm disruptor. Take pre and probiotics for 3 months, along with L-glutamine to rebuild intestinal wall. Look at your tongue, does it have a light to heavy with coating, then you probably have candidias, kill that off. This may take one and half months.
Ok, then look at deficiencies, whats depleted, probably Boron, choline, magnesium and other. You will need to add one Skullcap at dinner for 3-5 months, one 10mg Melatonin and one Ashwagandha at night. Ashwagandha take for 3 months take a month break and you may need to repeat 2-3 months.
Next is your anti-inflammatories omeg-3 maybe two for 3 months then one. Two Turmeric with Bioperine, Two Ginger and Two Green Tea extra (EGCg) for maybe 6-9 months and them just Turmeric. One has to juggle a routine and stick to it for positive results. I did not add everything I have written but this give you an idea of how to heal yourself.
Seek out a Naturopathic Doctor for guidance and Acupuncture helps greatly. Their is needle-less Acu. It may take a year to reset your body at this level of inflammation and dysfunction. One with inflammatory disease may be as fortunate as Art with Boron (Borax regimen).
