Red Raspberry Leaf and Nettle Tea for Menstrual Cramps

My 22 year old daughter is very healthy, eats healthy, and is a runner, but she does has had trouble with menstrual cramps. Last month, the day of her cramps, I asked her if she wanted to try red raspberry leaf and nettle tea and she said she would. I drink it daily for its healthy benefits for me, even as a menopausal woman.

She drank a strong infusion daily for a month. This month she did not have cramps at all!

It may be a bit of trouble to fix the infusion daily, but oh so worth it!

1 Tablespoon Red Raspberry Leaf

1 Tablespoon Nettle Leaf

2 cups boiling water

Pour water over tea leaves. Steep for 15 minutes to 3 hours. It is very flexible. Strain. Sweeten if desired. We add stevia to ours.

This tea is the same tea I made for my other daughter who dealt with eczema in pregnancy. It didn't eliminate it but did help a lot (the eczema resolved as soon as she had the baby.) She also had a relatively easy labor and delivery.

As an almost 60 year old woman who has had prolapse issues in the past, I find this tea helps with the prolapse. The nettle is a great blood purifier and helps with allergies.
