Anxiety deals with three main areas: Amygdala, Urinary and Heart. Yes there are other areas.Ashwagandha: two a day for 2 weeks M-N then one at Night foe 3-4 months, Dandelion leaf tea: two a day until box is gone, then Saw Palmetto for a month or more. Drink more water cut out the sugar, pop, coffee. Also buy an Auricular Therapy kit on Amazon, about $ 10.00. Place seeds on Kidney and Bladder points.
Internet search YinYanghouse Auricular Therapy and watch videos on YouTube. Anxiety Should be gone.
You may need garlic for UTI or Yeast. May need to work with hormones.
Don't know if Ashwag and Xanax mix.

I purchased an auricular therapy electronic needle on Amazon for $70, it was worth it. I live rural and don't have access to a Chiro who also does auricular therapy so I'm on my own. I have received auricular therapy b/f and find it very beneficial. It will be also good for people with Alpha Gal Syndrome who need acupuncture, I've purchased both the electronic needle and the magnetic ear seeds. Thank you ariley for being on top of this, esp now with the tick problems.Replied by ariley from USA on 05/31/2026
RuraladyI looked up Alpha-Gal Syndrome, interesting, I found that there is a few SAAT practitioners in Illinois.
It would be worth your drive. Quercetin would aid in Histamine levels and Barberry is for liver and spleen/ damp heat described in following website. This is a tough one. Feel for you.

If you look under LCH auricular you will find a different location for allergy points that may be useful

I have been reading more on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. The gut microbiome is the beginning factor in both. Along with other brain and thyroid disorders. It plays a huge role in health in general. Bacteria and parasites need eradicated.
This helps reset immune system on your own. I'm sure not totally. Other factors involved.

I don't have AGS I have severe fibromyalgia as a complication of COVID-19. With fibromyalgia we have "food sensitivities" that behave like AGS. No red meat, sugar, diary, but it's the nightshades that I'd like to start consuming again. I've found out I can have Roma tomatoes and yellow potatoes but the bell peppers I used to love are off limits. I figured I would try the auricular therapy and see how it goes. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. TY again ariley!Replied by ariley from USA on 06/02/2026
Hope this is helpful! Supporting nervous system and mitochondria is crucial. Quercetin would be helpful with histamine as well as a gut and immune reset discussed in AGS. Histamine in itself can cause pain and other symptoms.https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2667142525001320

Regulating Nervous System
General Info
https://www.ifm.org/articles/nutrients-to-support-mitochondria
Pain in the body is regulated by a complex system involving the nervous system, which includes nociceptors that detect harmful stimuli and send signals to the brain.
Histamine intolerance may contribute to fibromyalgia symptoms
Fibromyalgia is associated with an overactive immune response, which may contribute to its symptoms, including increased pain sensitivity and inflammation.
A lot of What I posted about AGS applies. This should help with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
You might think about Telehealth with a Naturopathic Doctor.
