Castor Oil for Bone Spurs

I've been doing some research on using castor oil for bone spurs. All the information on the internet points to surgery being required, but I did not believe that. I see how much people are benefiting from castor oil and ACV. I did some deep research, and found that it's metabolized in skin cells and the first step is breaking apart the trigyleride that contains 3 ricolenic acid molecules, and freeing those. Those individual molecules can penetrate much deeper. Some will get converted to AcetylCoA, and some will move through into tissues. Below is what Gemini says after doing deep research on the topic.

Castor oil is not a passive lubricant; it is a complex, biochemically active pro-drug. The body’s own enzymes convert it into active, localized metabolites that stimulate lymphatic drainage, normalize the local immune response, deplete pain neuropeptides, and encourage natural, cellularly mediated bone remodeling
