Hello Everyone;
Here to share my experience. Till this day, don't know how I got infected with these malicious mites but my body was taken over by these invaders. My hands, neck and chest!! One thing that helped me in this madness was a YouTube channel literally called "I think I have Mites" this Australian Woman chronicles her experience with Demodex mites. To me mites are just like snakes, you have different varieties but their all the same. She recommends Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade only) You have to make yourself "inhospitable" to these freeloaders. Remember you're tired to being a 5-star luxury resort for them things you got to morph into the most horror ridden hostel. This is all that you need and what you need to do:
1st- Buy some Sulphur Soap, shower under very warm/hot water as you "scrub" with some type of bodypuff. You got to scrap the soap into your skin to get at them. I also add 10-15 drops clover oil into my body wash bottle, shake it up every-time you use it. I bodywash first round, sulphur soap second wash.
2nd-Buy a cheap spray bottle. You are going to mix 91% alcohol and yellow mouthwash that contains Thymol like 80:20 ratio. You're going to spray your sofa/couch, bed, carpet where-ever you lounge. You can even spray yourself in the areas you feel them biting.
**3rd-Buy a 4lb bag of Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade). You're going to dust every body part these mites have burrowed underneath your skin. Wear a mask(bandanna or cotton-balls in your nostrils) when applying because you Do Not want to breathe this stuff in your lungs.
4th-I even bought some Bittermelon & Sweet Wormwood pills. Because I saw where you could eat bittermelon to help with this (I don't know if it helped but this is what I did.)
I know the DE dusting, Sulphur Soap, clove oil & 91%alcohol mixed with Yellow mouthwash spray worked. Also, I isolated myself from my family=no hugs :(, slept on 3 different twin sheets in rotation to laundry used Borax Powder in my separated laundry on hot water, mites can't survive hot water either.
Hope this Helps! Love this Site and Everyone! Stay Blessed ;*
