I've just ordered Melatonin cream and the next time I have a "fibroflare" I'm going to use it. Those are so horrible and even when I follow ALL the rules, I still get them. I end up being up all night and horribly groggy the next day b/c the only thing that stops it is high dose Benadryl, which leads to a point of complete exhaustion. I hope it works, thanks Art and EC!

Hi Ruralady,
Can you tell me what cream you ordered as I have not found one as strong as melatonin lotion yet, but it would be handy to be able to refer people to one if it is strong enough?

Vita Sciences Dream Cream Melatonin 3mg. I thought I would start low and slow and work my way up if possible. Melatonin hasn't been my BFF.

Thank you for that, Ruralady! It is a low topical dose, but starting low makes sense if you are sensitive to melatonin.
