5-Ingredient Electrolyte Drink - Would This Work? Mark (florida) on 12/30/2025
Hi all,
Would combining the following be ok to combine to make an electrolyte drink:
water+
- sodium chloride(salt)+
- potassium bicarbonate+
- magnesium sulfate(epsom salt)+
- di-calcium-phosphate+
- sodium tetraborate(borax)
How much of each should be combined to be safe, especially the potassium bicarbonate?
