Elliot Overton has a video on Agmatine Sulfate (powder form) helping Fibromyalgia.
This is especially relevant for fibromyalgia or chronic widespread pain syndrome This is because fibromyalgia can be caused by small fiber neuropathy (in about 30%), though it is usually misdiagnosed The pain originates from neuron hyperexcitability. The nerve cells fire too rapidly in response to mild stimuli. Painful sensation is caused by benign sensory inputs. The nutrient I am talking about can block NMDA receptors at the level of the dorsal root ganglia (spine), thereby reducing the rate of firing. This is one of the mechanisms by which it dissolves pain. I published a video on this a few years ago, and its not far off from 1 million views. The nutrient is Agmatine, and it can be obtained in supplemental form as Agmatine Sulfate. The dose ranges from 2-4 grams for pain relief, and it generally works EXTREMELY WELL."

Agmatine Sulfate for Fibromyalgia/CFS
I stumbled on an article/video suggesting Agmatine Sulfate (powder) for Fibromyalgia (1-3 grams a day) and started a few days ago. From my understanding, it can take upwards of 4 weeks to really see a difference. It is too early for me to give feedback yet, but I put some powder in juice with creatine, a few drops of iodine, Moringa powder and potassium citrate and drink after breakfast. I also stumbled on another article recommending Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) so I am going to up my daily intake from 500 mg to 1000 mg. I started oil pulling with Coconut Oil 5 days ago so I've introduced a lot at once but honestly, as much as I would like to do one thing and test for several weeks, I just need to feel better. I have been taking Borax for 7 weeks and trying to follow a Keto diet. I've tried DE but flairs my eczema, so I stopped. Lastly, I ordered the Zinc liquid suggested on the Epipharyngeal Abrasive Therapy tab in Fibromyalgia and started that this morning. Earth Clinic is an amazing community, and I hope this helps someone else.

"I just need to feel better", I tried those supplements too but they wore off after awhile. Try the tDCS aka transcranial Deep Current Stimulation. I use The Brain Driver only b/c it's so easy to use. You now have to go to their website, it isn't on Amazon anymore. I think you're complaining about the chronic fatigue syndrome that goes along with this condition. That's caused from a mild metabolic acidosis secondary to the microspasms that are going on in your muscles. Your muscles are putting out a lot of lactic acid giving you metabolic acidosis, that's where the alkaline water will help. It will regulate your system. Best of luck and I have a feeling this year will be a better year for you. Remember we're all here on EC to help you.
