I took recommended dose of 1/8 tsp in my coffee. By day 3 I had uncomfortable pain in both hips, by day 4 it was more uncomfortable to where I couldn’t sleep. I stopped and it’s slowly going away, I’m on day 3 of not taking…but I even have sensitivity to my skin where my hip joints are. Not only did I have the pain, I also felt so exhausted and tired. Any advice or suggestions I would greatly appreciate!

We've been using it for over two and a half years. About a year after we started, my wife and I experienced severe itching, dryness, flaking, and bleeding on the inner parts of our arms between our elbows and wrists. We continued using it, and after about a week, the itching disappeared, and after about 1.5-2 months, it completely stopped. We wrote here and asked about it, and the relevant people advised us to continue. We learned that it helps eliminate toxins, germs, bacteria, parasites, etc., that we had previously acquired through vaccines, food, etc., from our bodies. For the last year, thankfully, we have had almost no physical problems. Our blood values are normal. The fungal infection on my feet is gone, the effects of osteoarthritis are minimal, the dryness and watering in my eyes have disappeared, and the effects of fluid loss in my knees are minimal. By the way, we are over 60 years old. I use one teaspoon five days a week, 1-2 hours after breakfast. I will continue to use it for life. The product I use is boron decahydrate. I also continue to follow this forum. From time to time, we learned from the writings of the authorities here that borax does not interact with any medicine, food, etc., that it has no permanent side effects, and that the effects described are signs of the body eliminating harmful substances.
