Mushroom Complex AHCC For HPV J (Portland, ME) on 12/20/2025
Thought I'd add this to the list as I'm shocked it's not already mentioned! I'm just about 43, been battling HPV since my 20s and have had so many colposcopy's I've lost track along with a leap procedure and other more painful unorthodox procedures from gynos to try to rid my cervix of HPV. The only thing that has given me a clean pap is a mushroom compound called "AHCC." I tried it out of desperation a couple years ago after I got yet ANOTHER bad pap and the doctor was talking about taking even MORE serious measures. I found this company online called Wellex and their "AHCC" complex specifically for HPV. I took it every day for 8+ months and then had a clean pap! PERFECT! Then I stopped and it apparently came back. Funny enough, this gyno actually recommended I take it (she didn't know that's how I got my first clean pap). So now I'm back on it, although I'm trying a cheaper version off Amazon that's about half the price. I'm sure my next pap will come out clean and will probably take it the 4-6 months right before my pap every year to see if that finally keeps them clean. Hopefully this info helps someone else!
