HEAT MAT and sauna!! When I got on my heat mat that gets up to 158F it felt like a mass exodus which I hit with clove/tea tree/palmyrosa/cedar oil diluted in castor oil! (blended in baby food jar or glass dropper, no plastic.)relief!!!
