I can drink milk again (Florida) on 11/15/2025

I don’t know whether it was Covid or the drugs they gave me to fight it but either way I became lactose intolerant. Previously I could have milk straight from a cow udder with no problems. I couldn’t understand why I was getting diarrhea and gas all the time. This went on for about a year until I finally figured it was something I was eating. I got a food allergy test and lactose intolerance was my result. I was baffled. My GP knows I hate taking meds but he told me about this Israeli study where they cured or substantially reduced lactose intolerance after a year of taking these probiotics. I gave it a shot. After 6 months my intolerance was substantially reduced. After a year even more so. I decided to take it for another 6 months. After 3 more months I am all the way cured. No more lactase, no more milky subscriptions. I can eat pizza and drink milk again. I’m going to finish off the last 3 months. I wanted to share. There’s probably more money in temporarily treating symptoms than solving the problem. I ordered mine 6 at a time from an online Israeli vitamin store. Its in a green bottle. I’m sure you can find it elsewhere for a higher price.
