Topical Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E Oil After Biopsy for Suspected BCC Jen (Dallas, Texas) on 11/04/2025
so I just had an in office biopsy yesterday and waiting on results. It is more than likely BCC. They didn’t give me any instructions on how to treat the biopsy site. When I talk to my dad, he gets BCCs and he told me that he uses L ascorbic powder as a paste to get rid of them. I didn’t know if I should start using the ascorbic powder or ACV right now or if I should let the biopsy site heal. My thought process was if they sliced through it and there’s fresh cancer cells sitting on top then why not try to go ahead and kill it so last night I made up a paste of ascorbic powder and vitamin E oil and put it on and then covered it with some cotton and a plaster. If anyone has some useful tips on what I should do if I should kind of just let the skin heal first or just continue, let me know thanks!
