MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) for IBS w/ constipation

my symptoms were:

- Bloating, gas after consuming anything even water

- SIBO like symptoms

- dehydration

- chronic constipation

i tried everything. diet changes, different supplements etc. Then I ran across a Naturopathic Doctor on youtube (Dr. GI Janel) describing the exact same symptoms and its being caused by a sulfur deficiency. So I bought a 2 pound bag of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) from Amazon and I am already feeling results after a few days (even a few of my aches and pains are gone). Long story short, our American diets have become deficient in sulfur for whatever reason and sulphur helps your detox pathways get rid of toxins & fungal overgrowth. I have been taking 1/2 a tablespoon MSM 3 times a day with Acerola Cherry vitamin C (i dont trust the GMO corn Vitamin C) which is supposed to help the MSM. But the regimen involves working your way up to 30 grams MSM per day for 8 weeks. If you are constipated like I was, take Magnesium Oxide a couple times per day to get things moving first before you start taking the MSM. You may experience herx die-off symptoms (flushing, headache, etc) in the beginning as fungus like candida are dying off, or You may not feel anything at first, but keep taking it, working up to the 30 grams per day. I also take L - Glutamine for gut repair and avoid sugar and flour to help the healing process as many these problems may be caused by GMO flour and/or glyphosate (which may also be in sugar as Roundup is sprayed on sugar beets too). So always try to eat organic.
