my teen son had been having a cold since coming home from camp for about a week this summer. Last night, it was so bad. He was coughing nonstop in the bed for an hour and a half trying to go to sleep. I gave them all my usual remedies and nothing was working, including honey and lemon juice. As the last ditch effort I came and looked on earth clinic remembering there was something that I remember reading about. Sure enough gave him 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of honey stirred up and I said just drink it and trust me. He stopped coughing immediately. He did one more half cough After about a five minutes and then he slept with the whole night. He slept so well I went to go check on them because I was worried that I hadn’t heard him cough for so many hours
