I'm currently taking 6,000 F.U.'s twice a day; 6,000 around 12noon, 6,000 around 12 midnight on empty stomach. I take Doctor's Best, which gets a great score in availability. Also, look for third-party validation, should be shown on your package/bottle label. Also take K2/D3 and 81mg baby aspirin.
